• Acting as a force multiplier for campus Career Success teams by creating new employment pathways and driving measurable enhancements in placement rates.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in workforce development, talent placement, recruiting, or employer partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale programs that yield measurable outcomes.
• Strong business development orientation with experience in establishing employer relationships.
• Analytical thinker with the capability to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Experience working across various markets or regions is preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate both strategic and tactical aspects in a fast-paced environment.
