Director, Student Success Pathways

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Crafting and implementing scalable, impactful national initiatives that enhance graduate employment outcomes across all campuses.

• Overseeing key strategic pillars: National Relocation Strategy, Alumni Engagement Strategy, and Apprenticeship & Structured Hiring Programs.

• Acting as a force multiplier for campus Career Success teams by creating new employment pathways and driving measurable enhancements in placement rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in workforce development, talent placement, recruiting, or employer partnerships.

• Demonstrated ability to design and scale programs that yield measurable outcomes.

• Strong business development orientation with experience in establishing employer relationships.

• Analytical thinker with the capability to convert data into actionable strategies.

• Experience working across various markets or regions is preferred.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to navigate both strategic and tactical aspects in a fast-paced environment.
