This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the development of integrated brand, marketing, content, and paid media strategies for significant, high-impact client projects.
• Work collaboratively with internal and client teams during project initiation to set goals, priorities, timelines, milestones, and identify opportunities for cross-functional integration and sustained growth.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize both primary and secondary research to reveal actionable insights that shape positioning, messaging, campaign strategies, and audience engagement.
• Create and deliver strategy documents that are clear, persuasive, and actionable—assisting clients in aligning their priorities, identifying opportunities, and determining pathways forward.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Media, Digital, Analytics, Accounts, and PMO teams to ensure that strategies are cohesive, insight-driven, and executed effectively across different channels.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance workflows, integrate deliverables, and maintain strategic continuity across various projects and teams.
• Develop and sustain project documentation, strategic frameworks, and planning materials that keep all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the engagement.
• 6–8 years of experience in marketing, advertising, branding, digital, media, or roles related to strategy.
• Experience in a marketing, branding, or creative agency setting.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting integrated marketing, content, and brand strategies across digital, social, web, print, and paid media channels.
• Strong knowledge of audience research, messaging strategies, marketing planning, and campaign development.
• Capability to articulate media strategy concepts and unify paid, owned, and earned channels into coherent strategic plans.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into insights and actionable directions.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in research tools, project management software, collaboration platforms, social media management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable working with remote, cross-functional teams across the nation.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
