This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Acquire knowledge of established market processes and deal execution from experienced colleagues at Veralto while acting as a champion for process enhancements.
• Develop expertise in both adjacent and non-adjacent markets through in-depth, proprietary market research.
• Take on the role of project leader in executing due diligence on target companies.
• Create a robust M&A pipeline and facilitate decision-making among executive stakeholders by clarifying intricate subjects.
• Manage the development of relationships with near-, mid-, and long-term targets.
• Collaborate with the Veralto Corporate Development team to effectively finalize transactions.
• Over 7 years of experience assessing the market viability and strategic alignment of new businesses, markets, and domains.
• Familiarity with the Software, SaaS, AI, or industrial sectors is highly beneficial.
• Extensive experience in standalone M&A due diligence as an individual contributor (minimum of 5 deals; more than 10 preferred).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage relationships and influence others.
• Proficient in presentation and storytelling, capable of concisely summarizing key insights for executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree and an MBA from a prestigious institution.
