Director, Strategic Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive new business opportunities by utilizing your established relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).

• Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract finalization.

• Develop and sustain robust connections with decision-makers in clinical operations, patient recruitment, and study management.

• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless study onboarding and maintain client satisfaction.

• Represent 1nHealth at industry conferences and events, including SCOPE and DIA.

• Keep accurate pipeline data and forecasting updated in our CRM system (Pipedrive).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within a quota-carrying, individual contributor role.

• A proven track record of a solid client base—you possess relationships within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO sectors and know how to leverage them.

• Experience in clinical trial services, patient recruitment, or a related clinical research service is highly preferred.

• Understanding of the staffing and management of clinical trials, including knowledge of budget holders for recruitment services.

• Familiarity with the clinical trial purchasing cycles, encompassing study budget timing, RFP processes, and dynamics of preferred vendor lists.

• A demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets.

• Strong capability to engage with decision-makers at the level of clinical operations, project management, and VP.

• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.

• Proficient in CRM tools (experience with Pipedrive is a plus) and modern sales engagement platforms.
