This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the implementation of the company's key cross-functional initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Clearly define the scope, goals, success metrics, milestones, governance frameworks, and decision-making structures for initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and functional leaders to ensure clear ownership and accountability across strategic projects.
• Propel execution across various teams while upholding alignment, transparency, and ongoing momentum.
• Track initiative performance, recognize risks and dependencies, and actively promote issue resolution.
• Facilitate decision-making across functions and guarantee alignment on priorities, timelines, and anticipated outcomes.
• Deliver succinct, decision-focused updates to executive leadership regarding initiative status, risks, and business implications.
• Ensure that strategic initiatives yield measurable financial, operational, and customer-focused results.
• Advance strategic and operational initiatives that enhance business performance and generate enterprise value.
• Direct the implementation of strategic programs across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance.
• Create business cases, financial models, implementation strategies, and success metrics for strategic initiatives.
• Develop KPI frameworks and reporting systems that link initiative progress to business outcomes.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps with defined ownership and measurable results.
• Identify opportunities to enhance organizational planning, prioritization, and execution processes.
• Manage Integration Management Office (IMO) activities for acquisitions, including Day 1 planning and synergy realization.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related area.
• Over 8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, program management, corporate development, private equity portfolio operations, or similar fields.
• Proven experience leading intricate cross-functional initiatives that involve various stakeholders and business areas.
• Established ability to influence senior leaders and achieve results without direct authority.
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Experience in crafting executive-level presentations, recommendations, and decision-making frameworks.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or an advanced business degree.
• Experience within SaaS, software, technology, or recurring revenue sectors.
• Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity operating partner, or business transformation.
• Experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions, integration management, or corporate development activities.
• Knowledge of KPI development, operational performance management, and strategic planning processes.
