This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of and achieve revenue growth targets for a designated portfolio of approximately 35 strategic accounts.
• Develop and sustain a high-quality pipeline of multi-site, multi-service opportunities that align with national objectives.
• Oversee the complete deal execution process – from initial sourcing to pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Enhance executive relationships and cultivate scalable, national partnerships.
• 7-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, strategic accounts, or business development, ideally in the environmental services, waste, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
• Experience in managing large, national accounts with direct revenue accountability.
