This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and take full accountability for the growth of key partners at a regional or global scale.
• Take complete responsibility for driving and achieving new customer acquisition and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth across all business and go-to-market initiatives of strategic partners.
• Create and implement comprehensive business plans that encompass detailed sales, marketing, technical, and service strategies.
• Build executive-level relationships between both organizations to enhance their investment and focus on their Tanium business.
• Collaborate with partners to develop Tanium-based services that bolster their sales efforts and customer engagements.
• Train Tanium sales teams on the unique value propositions of partners and provide guidance on how to collaborate with these partners to boost their productivity.
• Educate and enable partner technical teams to identify, discuss, and promote Tanium both internally and in customer interactions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Tanium technology and its value, effectively communicating this to both customers and partners.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of each strategic partner's business and the factors that drive their success. Illustrate value by aligning a pertinent value proposition from Tanium with the partner's strategy and objectives.
• Maintain a relentless focus on achieving successful customer outcomes through partners.
• At least 7 years of experience in a national or global partner sales role within the IT Operations and/or IT Security sectors.
• Preferably experienced in working with large enterprise-focused integrators, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), or Global System Integrators (GSIs) with substantial technical and service expertise.
• Proven experience in establishing a geographic partner business across national or global partnerships is essential.
• Strongly preferred experience in a quota-carrying sales role or business development position with a successful track record.
• In-depth understanding of how to create and implement service strategies with large partner organizations.
• Existing C-level connections with major System Integrators and Global System Integrators worldwide.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work independently while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to passionately promote the Tanium message to strategic partners and their clientele.
• Eagerness to take ownership of all aspects of a partner lifecycle, beginning with profiling and recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in sales ability and proven knowledge of the sales process.
