This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Develop and execute strategic operational plans that align with the business objectives of US Oncology Corporate and the trends in the oncology market.
β’ Supervise the identification, assessment, and implementation of process enhancements and best practices across clinical operations, revenue cycle, and practice management.
β’ Lead interdisciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency, standardize workflows, and enhance the patient experience within oncology practices.
β’ Analyze operational data, pinpoint key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate actionable insights for informed strategic decision-making.
β’ Manage and provide mentorship to a team of operations professionals.
β’ Collaborate with clinical leadership, finance, IT, and other departments to integrate operational strategies effectively.
β’ Assess and oversee vendor relationships concerning operational services and technologies in oncology.
β’ Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies.
β’ Prepare and present reports on operational performance, strategic initiatives, and project progress to senior leadership.
β’ Identify opportunities for organic growth and assist in integration efforts for new acquisitions or partnerships.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
β’ A Master's degree (MBA, MHA) is highly preferred.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years specifically focused on oncology.
β’ A proven history of developing and implementing strategic operational initiatives that yield significant results.
β’ Strong grasp of oncology practice operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle management, and regulatory requirements.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a complex and fast-paced environment.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on data-driven approaches.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% to various US Oncology Corporate locations.
