This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the annual events strategy aligned with company, marketing, and revenue objectives.
• Determine investment levels, reductions, or discontinuation of event programs; manage portfolio, budget, and trade-offs.
• Oversee strategy and implementation of Tidal, encompassing audience engagement, content, speakers, programming, attendee experience, and commercial targets.
• Lead the Revenue Kickoff, President's Club, and other prominent company events.
• Establish processes and standards to ensure consistently high-quality execution of the event portfolio.
• Organize executive and region-specific account-based events in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
• Design programs targeting specific audiences, including outreach, account development, follow-up, and ROI assessments.
• Create measurement models to evaluate pipeline, account engagement, opportunity progression, executive relationships, customer expansion, and brand visibility.
• Integrate events into the wider go-to-market strategy with sales, BDR, marketing operations, and revenue operations.
• Manage reporting schedules, dashboards, leadership updates, and ROI-driven portfolio choices.
• Leverage AI for audience selection, research, outreach, personalization, planning, analysis, feedback synthesis, and operational efficiency.
• Develop repeatable workflows and assess new event technologies and formats.
• Supervise and nurture two event marketers.
• Oversee agencies, venues, production partners, sponsors, and vendors; decide between in-house and external work.
• Achieve pipeline and revenue objectives, enhance customer and prospect engagement, ensure attendee satisfaction, maintain budget compliance, and facilitate timely follow-up.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B events, experiential marketing, or field marketing, with management of a complex events portfolio.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing personnel and building independent teams.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale B2B events from inception to completion, including owned conferences or customer summits, major sponsorships, executive experiences, and internal revenue events.
• Strong commercial acumen linking events to pipeline, account movement, customer growth, and brand enhancement.
• Experience collaborating with sales, customer success, revenue operations, and marketing on shared go-to-market priorities.
• Excellent judgment in portfolio management and the ability to evaluate competing opportunities and articulate investment decisions.
• High standards for programming, content, production, creativity, and attendee experience.
• Experience managing significant budgets and overseeing agencies, venues, sponsors, vendors, and production partners.
• Proven ability to create and present clear, data-driven executive reports on program performance and ROI.
• Practical experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong, concise communication skills and executive presence when interacting with senior leaders, clients, prospects, and external partners.
• Comfort in making decisions with incomplete information, addressing issues proactively, and providing recommendations.
• Willingness to travel and adapt work schedule around major events as necessary.
