📋 Description

• Leads and cultivates strategic partnerships with major and OTC-only clients.

• Drives revenue and gross profit growth through the expansion of existing accounts.

• Develops new business opportunities across various channels.

• Acts as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

• Manages relationships with C-level executives and pharmacy departments.

• Takes full ownership of the renewal and RFP processes.

• Analyzes and utilizes gross profit and market trends effectively.

• Organizes and facilitates quarterly business reviews with customers and suppliers.

• Fosters cohesion by identifying areas for implementing solutions.

• Recognizes customer pain points and documents their underlying needs.

• Applies a solution-selling approach and builds trust with clients.

• Delivers compelling presentations that clearly communicate value propositions.

• Collects data, analyzes it, and develops strategies related to factors impacting responsibilities.

• Responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least eight (8) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience.

• A four-year degree is required.

• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic account management penetration plans.

• Demonstrated success in selling product solutions and/or projects.

• Experience in contract negotiations.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, with a focus on specific segment sales and healthcare trends.

• Familiarity with effective strategic and consultative selling techniques, along with the ability to sell complex solutions (technology and consulting).
