đź“‹ Description

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for Corinex’s smart grid and communication solutions through proactive client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications (email, calls, and in-person).

• Lead technical engagement with utility and EV sector clients, guiding all stages of the sales cycle—from initial concept and technical discovery to proposal, deployment, and ongoing customer support.

• Present, demonstrate, and position Corinex’s BPL-based smart grid and energy connectivity solutions for power distribution, EV charging infrastructure, and data-driven utility operations.

• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to design optimized system architectures ensuring seamless data, device, and network integration.

• Prepare, submit, and negotiate commercial proposals, quotes, tenders, bids, contracts, and agreements, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain account plans using Corinex’s sales methodology to ensure structured engagement, measurable growth, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate internal approvals for bids, pricing, and proposals with executive leadership (CEO and CFO) prior to submission to clients or prospects.

• Support commercial operations by submitting confirmed sales orders and required documentation—including payment details and sales participation records—to the Accounting Department for processing.

• Track and report on sales performance through timely updates to the CRM system, weekly activity reports, and detailed pipeline reviews summarizing opportunities, forecasts, and key market insights.

• Participate actively in weekly sales and management meetings, contributing updates on customer engagement, proposal status, and competitive intelligence.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure technical validation, proposal accuracy, and effective project delivery.

• Initiate and manage proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot projects with utilities, charging operators, and technology partners to demonstrate Corinex’s value proposition.

• Deliver technical training, onboarding, and documentation to customers and distributors, ensuring successful implementation and long-term system performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with grid operators, DSOs, utilities, EV charging providers, and energy ecosystem partners to expand Corinex’s market presence.

• Stay current on industry trends, including smart grid modernization, AI-driven grid analytics, and emerging EV infrastructure standards to support thought leadership and product positioning.

• Provide structured customer feedback to Corinex’s R&D and product management teams to influence product innovation and roadmap alignment.

• Represent Corinex at industry conferences, trade fairs, and technical forums, showcasing the company’s leadership in smart grid communication technology.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or business development within the Smart Metering, EV, energy, or utility industry.

• Strong understanding of smart grid, smart metering communication technologies, powerline communication (PLC/BPL), and EV charging infrastructure.

• Familiarity with grid automation, energy data analytics, and AI-powered network management is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and present to both engineering and executive audiences.

• Strong ability to develop client relationships and manage complex sales cycles.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English, and Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.

• Willingness to travel across Spain and Europe to support customers and partners.
