Director, Solutions Consultants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Leading a team of Solutions Consultants (SCs) within their assigned region and area of expertise.

• Coaching on various opportunities and acting as a solutions sponsor for key accounts.

• Recruiting and nurturing team members.

• Overseeing training, development, and growth for Solutions Consultants.

• Guiding the team in establishing and reaching their goals.

• Collaborating with product teams as a SC GTM leader and working alongside cross-functional teams.

• Offering thought leadership on emerging AI trends and their alignment with Sprinklr's capabilities.

• Leading technical and business discussions with clients to propose innovative solutions.

• Supervising the design and architecture of intricate software systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise-scale presales or solutions consulting.

• 8+ years of experience in presales management.

• Proven track record in a customer-facing role within an enterprise software organization.

• Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Expertise in human-centric design workshops to create customer-focused solutions.

• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.

• Extensive experience in complex system design and integration.

• Profound knowledge of enterprise marketing strategies and best practices.

• Ability to present and communicate effectively to customers and team members.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with data architecture, API design, and AI LLM models.
