This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create, demonstrate, and present customized CLM solutions for Government Contracting (GovCon), Federal, State and Local Government (SLED), and Higher Education prospects and clients.
• Spearhead pre-sales initiatives, which include workshops, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and in-depth solution discussions.
• Develop and share best practices, thought leadership, and industry insights pertaining to contracting, compliance, procurement, and digital transformation within the Public Sector.
• Stay informed on regulatory, technological, acquisition, and market trends, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
• Offer guidance to senior executives and stakeholders in contracting, procurement, legal, and program leadership regarding business value.
• Supply product and engineering teams with customer and market insights to shape roadmap priorities and Public Sector solution strategies.
• Mentor, coach, and nurture a Solutions Advisory team focused on Public Sector opportunities throughout the Americas.
• Establish and monitor win rates, solution adoption, pipeline influence, and customer satisfaction, reporting outcomes to leadership.
• Represent Icertis at events related to Government Contracting, Public Sector, procurement, and industry gatherings.
• Work in partnership with legal, compliance, procurement, and contracting stakeholders to ensure solutions adhere to regulatory, security, and operational standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales leadership, with a focus on contract lifecycle management and Public Sector organizations.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating complex software pursuits within Government Contracting (GovCon), Federal, State and Local Government (SLED), or Higher Education sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of CLM processes, government compliance mandates, public-sector procurement, and regulated contracting environments.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, with a talent for influencing agency leaders, contractor executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills in intricate contracting and compliance-oriented settings.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration among sales, product, delivery, and industry participants.
• Preferred qualifications include a degree in public policy, government, business, or a technical field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the AMER region.
• Proven track record of Public Sector thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, customer advisory roles, or professional contributions.
• Capability to distill complex technical, compliance, and contracting concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholders.
• OTE: $225,000 to $295,000 (75/25), which includes base salary and annual sales target incentive bonus.
