This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver expert demonstrations of Icertis core solutions and related offerings.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest technological advancements and AI trends, with a passion for learning and innovation.
• Foster innovation and thought leadership while keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Create strategic solutions and proposals to address complex customer needs, in alignment with Icertis' vision and values.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to grasp customer requirements and devise customized solutions.
• Perform research and analysis to pinpoint market opportunities and potential customer challenges.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, while understanding their business objectives and goals.
• Offer expert guidance and recommendations concerning contract lifecycle management.
• Keep an eye on emerging technologies and industry regulations, integrating them into the solution advisory framework.
• Ensure team adherence to Icertis' standards and best practices.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a strong record of success.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the contract lifecycle management domain and its evolving trends.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend complex customer requirements and create strategic solutions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of expressing intricate ideas clearly.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, evidenced by a history of driving successful customer acquisitions.
• Experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with the capability to work effectively alongside cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership abilities, inspiring teams and scaling business operations from small to large.
• A self-motivated individual who takes the initiative to cultivate programs for partner relationships, enablement, and growth.
• Eligibility to work in the United States, as the primary location is designated as the United States.
