This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solution Sellers dedicated to AIM XR, POCN, and Email engagement solutions for Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and other customer segments.
• Establish and refine the go-to-market strategy for Small, EBP, and Other Pharma segments, integrating market insights and client feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and delivery teams to influence solution enhancements and offerings tailored for specific segments.
• Act as a strategic consultant to pharma brand, marketing, and commercial teams, converting their objectives into actionable solution strategies.
• Develop collaborative, trust-based relationships with clients to co-create engagement strategies, enhance best practices, and drive long-term value.
• Navigate intricate pharma organizational structures to identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Propel revenue growth across the Digital portfolio, emphasizing omnichannel execution, optimization, and measurement.
• Work collaboratively across matrixed internal teams to ensure cohesive, seamless delivery.
• Maintain a robust understanding of the evolving digital, HCP-engagement, and data landscapes.
• Represent IQVIA Digital at client leadership meetings and industry events to enhance visibility and influence market perspectives.
• Promote a culture of accountability, curiosity, and ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or data-driven healthcare solutions.
• Strong knowledge of pharma customer segments—especially Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and non-Top 50 organizations.
• Proven track record in shaping strategy, influencing solution design, or leading cross-functional collaborations.
• Experience in selling or implementing digital engagement, audience targeting, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating customer and market needs into scalable solution approaches.
