This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Provide technical support in the sales process to the Sales leadership team.
• Act as a thought leader and a trusted advisor to Technical Managers at MNOs.
• Create comprehensive documentation (including diagrams and descriptions) that illustrates the advantages of our products, covering RAN and other solutions.
• Stay updated on industry technology trends through self-directed learning and formal education.
• Function as the regional subject matter expert regarding our product offerings and industry developments.
• Effectively convey customer requirements to the teams responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing support of the Parallel Wireless solution.
• Develop technical sales materials to enhance customer engagement.
• Support Parallel Wireless objectives (Sales & Marketing) both regionally and globally.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders while establishing new connections with both existing and prospective MNOs.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in Solution Sales Engineering with a proven track record in collaboration with MNOs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Radio Access Networks, OSS, and Core technologies across 2G, 4G, and 5G is essential.
• In-depth understanding of the MNO landscape and cellular networks is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical executives, including high-quality presentation and proposal writing capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to articulate concepts and gain client engagement effectively.
• Capacity to work independently on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for client meetings in the region, up to 30% of the time.
