This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of Solution Sales Executives targeting K–12 districts, charter schools, and state/local educational agencies.
• Drive the achievement of revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives across the designated territory or segment.
• Accurately forecast and manage performance through data-driven pipeline assessments and account strategizing.
• Support complex, high-value transactions by engaging directly with executive decision-makers and procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to ensure alignment of product capabilities with customer challenges and roadmap priorities.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to guarantee effective transitions, adoption, retention, and opportunities for expansion.
• A minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant and related professional experience.
• A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, or equivalent years of pertinent work experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15-20%, for significant events such as team summits, training sessions, customer meetings, and company functions, with increased travel during peak business periods.
• Experience in managing and leading teams and supervisors.
• Proven track record of selling complex, solution-oriented offerings to K–12 school districts or public-sector educational organizations.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams through lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Strong executive presence with experience selling to senior leaders at district and state levels.
• Experience in managing forecasts, pipelines, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
