This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete growth strategy for the SMB segment, from acquisition to conversion and activation.
• Develop and implement high-velocity performance marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, email, and lifecycle.
• Manage a comprehensive growth engine that encompasses top-of-funnel demand generation, mid-funnel nurturing, and conversion optimization.
• Consistently test, iterate, and scale campaigns with an emphasis on CAC efficiency, LTV, and revenue impact.
• Establish and scale a performance creative engine that generates and evaluates a large volume of content across multiple channels.
• Create systems for categorizing, testing, and enhancing messaging, hooks, and creative formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams or external partners to develop a repeatable content supply chain that facilitates rapid experimentation.
• Explore new channels and formats based on performance insights.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows across acquisition channels, including SEO/GEO, email, and content generation.
• Develop automated systems for campaign execution, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Utilize agentic workflows and integrations to enhance speed, scalability, and quality across marketing initiatives.
• Exercise sound judgment to ensure that AI contributes to performance outcomes rather than merely efficiency improvements.
• Foster a product-led, self-service growth approach that converts traffic into paying customers.
• Optimize conversion paths, onboarding processes, and lifecycle programs to enhance activation and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales to align self-service and assisted conversion pathways.
• Identify and address gaps throughout the funnel to maximize conversion rates and revenue potential.
• Take ownership of key growth metrics across the funnel, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance to guide budget allocation and scaling strategies.
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation, leveraging data and rapid testing to continuously enhance performance.
• Strong experience in high-velocity SMB, B2C, or PLG growth contexts.
• In-depth performance marketing knowledge across paid search, paid social, and SEO/GEO.
• Hands-on operator who actively manages campaigns, builds systems, and executes directly.
• Proven track record in owning full-funnel growth, not limited to top-of-funnel demand generation.
• Experience in building or utilizing AI systems beyond basic LLM applications, including workflows, automation, or agent-based systems.
• Highly analytical with a solid understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Familiarity with product-led growth or self-service SaaS models.
• Experience in FinTech, compliance, or regulated SaaS environments is advantageous.
