This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +9 more states.
• Oversee a team of Account Managers specializing in Skeletal Conditions.
• Formulate business plans for regions and territories aligned with revenue objectives.
• Dedicate substantial time to field activities engaging with customers.
• Implement VEEVA CRM for the sales team and ensure successful integration.
• Track and manage budgets for cost centers.
• At least 10+ years of advancing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Minimum of 6+ years in biotech or specialty sales with a focus on high-value products.
• Over 8+ years of experience in field sales management across large territories, emphasizing specialty office sales (injectables).
• Proven experience in recruiting, building, and leading new teams for a key brand within the organization.
• Familiarity with key functional areas such as marketing, access, and clinical is an advantage.
