This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Lead, strategize, and develop the Americas Sales Strategy & Transformation team.
• Manage all facets of strategy and transformation within recurring revenue and/or SaaS businesses.
• Create and implement annual and long-term strategic sales plans.
• Identify and spearhead high-impact go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Serve as the "in-house" expert, utilizing advanced analytics to interpret complex data.
• Transform intricate growth strategies into engaging narratives for executive leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales leadership.
• Experience in a SaaS organization with a comprehensive understanding of ARR models.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing strategy or sales teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar coverage models and territory governance.
• Extensive experience in presenting complex strategic recommendations to C-level or VP-level executives.
• MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in corporate strategy at a Fortune 500 company is preferred.
• In-depth expertise in GTM strategy, including pricing, packaging, and alignment of channel/partner ecosystems is preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning for outcome-based solutions is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio of critical initiatives spanning 6–12 months in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
