This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• You will guide a sales team by employing consultative, solution-oriented methodologies that align with PSO frameworks.
• By coaching with empathy and clarity, you will assist your team in strategically considering cross-selling opportunities through powerful questioning and active listening to identify solutions that truly address customer needs.
• You will create business plans that balance immediate successes with sustainable growth across TELUS offerings.
• Utilizing data and AI tools, you will enhance your sales strategy, uphold key partner relationships with integrity, and encourage open discussions about performance and development—addressing challenges with both compassion and accountability.
• Over 5 years of experience in building and coaching high-performance sales teams utilizing consultative selling techniques.
• More than 10 years in IT and telecommunications sales with a proven track record in wholesale and cross-selling success.
• Proven ability to nurture talent and promote career advancement.
• Strong empathy and adaptability in your approach to different personalities.
• A demonstrated history of creating psychological safety and fostering inclusive team environments.
• Proficient in constructively managing conflict and delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in building relationships with C-suite executives in large enterprises.
• Skills in strategic planning and decision-making, along with a proven record of achieving sustainable, profitable revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Generative AI tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills rooted in active listening and emotional intelligence.
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales leadership (a university degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered).
• Professional sales certification is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
