This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Accountable for spearheading Sales and Marketing efforts throughout the Middle East and Africa (MEA)
• Provide support to military aerospace and defense clients in U.S. allied nations through direct collaboration with Ministries of Defense, Air Forces, and state-owned organizations
• Formulate regional strategies, foster new business opportunities, and uphold a strong network of senior military and defense contacts
• Assist key military aircraft platforms, including C-130, UH-60, F-15, F-16, AH-64, B707, among others, across spare parts, repairs, and modification initiatives
• Drive bookings, revenue, and margin performance within designated regions
• Oversee pipeline development, opportunity advancement, and forecast precision using Salesforce
• Align OEM strategies with regional prospects and propel joint growth initiatives
• Transform opportunities into actionable contracts, long-term agreements (LTAs), and quantifiable business results
• Create and implement bid models and pricing strategies utilizing historical data, market insights, and margin objectives
• Manage and supervise in-country agents, representatives, and consultants, ensuring accountability for pipeline, bookings, and collections.
• Over 15 years of experience in the aerospace and defense sector, particularly in military aircraft spare parts, aftermarket distribution, and MRO
• Established connections with senior-level personnel within Ministries of Defense, Air Forces, and defense entities throughout MEA
• Proven track record in managing intricate government contracts, tenders, and long-cycle sales processes
• At least 10 years of experience working in Middle East defense markets, with proven success in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams and regional organizations
• Strong comprehension of MEA defense procurement procedures, government contracting, and tender processes
• Solid financial acumen, encompassing experience with bid modeling, pricing strategies, margin management, and deal structuring
• Proven capability to devise and implement regional strategies, capture plans, and multi-year program pursuits
• Familiarity with offset, localization, and in-country capability development is preferred
• Strong knowledge of military aircraft platforms such as C-130, UH-60, F-15, F-16, AH-64, B707, or comparable systems
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
• Participate in frequent travel across the region to cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships
