This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and expand a channel-driven business while formulating strategies to enhance business performance through SOTI’s premier channel partners in North America.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and initiate partner programs aimed at optimizing the channel-driven business pipeline and growth.
• Guide Account Executives, Field Marketing, and pre-sales engineers to establish and execute channel-driven growth strategies, account plans, and operational processes for a designated list of key accounts.
• Demonstrate the ability to simplify intricate processes and implement workflows/programs intended to boost efficiency, thereby enhancing customer experience and expanding wallet share with SOTI.
• Exhibit exceptional consultative channel selling skills and strong interpersonal abilities with executive-level clients and partners.
• Collaborate with senior executives on complex implementation projects, ensuring the availability of channel support.
• Excel at leveraging relationships with C-level executives to sell solutions in competitive environments.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to convert business objectives into a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy involving the partner ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional teams both within the organization and across partner organizations.
• Steer SOTI through substantial complex commercial and legal negotiations, collaborating with procurement, legal, and business teams within large enterprises.
• Capable of working with pre-sales (both in-house and partner) as well as customers’ technical leads to define migration plans and construct business cases for migrations.
• Possess excellent channel program skills, with experience in leading and executing high-impact programs alongside cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing demands while achieving high-growth revenue targets with minimal oversight and a keen attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Meet annual regional growth targets of 30%+ Year over Year.
• Coach, mentor, and support the senior account team, recruit new talent to address skill gaps, and facilitate promotions to other regions within the organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling software solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience managing remote sales teams in Spain and Italy.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish and Italian.
• Strong understanding of mobility concepts such as COPE, BYOD, and IoT and their relevance to the market.
• Familiarity with Android and Apple operating systems and their roles across various commercial sectors.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Successfully led and supported large IT change management initiatives for mission-critical software applications.
• Knowledge of the mobility management partner ecosystem in Southern Europe.
• Familiarity with business analytics, governance, and compliance in the mobility sector.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM.
