This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

• Manage the implementation and execution of the entire portfolio within the Clinical segment in Europe.
• Report to the Senior Sales Director, working collaboratively with multi-tiered regional teams and Clinical business units.
• Master’s Degree accompanied by 12 years of commercial experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or scientific instruments sector.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Life Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or Business-related fields.
• Additional relevant certifications in sales leadership or business management are advantageous.
• Over 5 years of proven success in sales leadership and people management roles.
• Established track record of achieving revenue targets and promoting business growth within a matrix organization.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic commercial plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience in P&L management.
• Proficient in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in managing distributor relationships and channel partnerships.
• Solid understanding of customer workflows and applications within relevant markets.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time.
• Proven success in coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations.
• Demonstrated success in establishing strategic customer relationships at senior levels.
• Proven capability to support commercial excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
