This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +3 more states.
• Lead and oversee a high-performing sales team to enhance business outcomes.
• Monitor, assess, and coach Account Executive (AE) calls and processes.
• Manage and maintain weekly sales activities.
• Create training materials to onboard and develop the new AE team members.
• Foster team growth by collaborating internally on hiring, onboarding, and continuous professional development for all assigned personnel.
• Support the formulation and implementation of innovative sales and marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on AWN product features, benefits, advantages, and selling propositions.
• Prior experience in Sales Management.
• Over 10 years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
• Proven track record in technology sales with substantial outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
