This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and maintain a high-performing Sales Engineering team.
• Foster strong relationships and collaborate with Sales, Architects, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D teams.
• Engage with prospects and partners to boost brand visibility and expedite business closures.
• Oversee, coach, and mentor Sales Engineers in objection handling, solution architecture, and project scoping.
• Represent Arctic Wolf in public forums such as webinars, tradeshows, and channel enablement sessions.
• Over 5 years of experience in a front-line management position, leading a Sales Engineering or pre-sales team.
• More than 10 years in customer-facing roles, specifically in pre-sales engineering or security consulting.
• Outstanding ability to communicate the value of Arctic Wolf technology to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in practitioner, consultative, or pre-sales positions within Networking, Security, Server Infrastructure, Identity Management, Cloud Services, or GRC.
• Proficient in both German and English.
