This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This position is part of the Sales Enablement team, a cross-functional capability dedicated to enhancing commercial execution through proposal development, contract structuring, consultant mobilization, and go-to-market enablement.
• The Director / Sr. Director, Sales Enablement – Consultant Engagement acts as an operational leader responsible for implementing and advancing strategies related to consultant onboarding, activation, and lifecycle readiness.
• This role is tasked with optimizing and scaling the complete mobilization process, ensuring that consultants are qualified, ready for engagement, and deployable in alignment with business demands through process standardization, automation, and data-driven execution.
• Furthermore, this position oversees the implementation and ongoing management of the Consultant Concierge service, which functions as the central intake, triage, and resolution mechanism for issues related to consultant onboarding and readiness (such as system access, credentialing, background screenings, password resets, and other operational dependencies), ensuring swift issue resolution and minimal disruption to deployment schedules.
• This role serves as a pivotal leader within Sales Enablement, accountable for translating strategy into actionable steps across Consultant Engagement and other related enablement functions.
• The position collaborates closely with the VP of Sales Enablement and various cross-functional stakeholders to promote alignment, execution, and continuous enhancement throughout the commercial lifecycle.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with 8–12+ years of experience in client operations, talent operations, workforce mobilization, consultant operations, or similar fields.
• Proven experience in managing intricate workflows, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and leading process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with the capability to drive execution through others.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint, DocuSign).
