• Oversee the Kraft Heinz business in these categories to achieve sales, profit, and distribution goals, acting as a key strategic partner with the customer.
• Mentor and develop staff to fulfill the current and future requirements of the organization.
• Strive for excellence in distribution, innovation, shelving, and pricing strategies.
• Effectively manage cross-functional collaborations to surpass company goals in Execution, OMNI, and Business Development.
• Possess significant expertise in digital and eCommerce.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the customer.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with customer merchandising leaders and category managers, conducting monthly business reviews, quarterly JBPs, and various business meetings.
• Lead monthly reviews of business execution and sales forecasts.
• Oversee communication and coordination with all internal partners, including Business Units, Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and eCommerce.
• Work alongside cross-functional leaders to synchronize goals for achieving the strategic agenda, including monthly updates and sharing best practices essential for business success.
• Promote and integrate the company's vision, mission, and values throughout the organization.
• Responsible for fostering a positive company culture both within and outside the team.
• Several years of relevant sales or commercial experience.
• Previous leadership or direct managerial experience illustrating the capability to guide and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present at an executive level to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Must maintain a strong balance between analytical and execution skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional relationships and collaborating with various groups within large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial acumen to influence P&L management; effective business planning and data-driven strategies for retaining current customers and acquiring new ones.
