This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the VP of Sales by enhancing, guiding, and managing a sales team.
• Recruit, onboard, train/develop, and oversee a team of successful sales account executives.
• Create and implement a strategy to surpass quota objectives.
• Work in collaboration with the Leadership Team to establish sales strategy and growth goals.
• Ensure that all sales activities are recorded in Salesforce.com.
• Over 10 years of experience in selling enterprise software and services.
• More than 5 years in a sales leadership or similar position.
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of ERP software, including SAP and Oracle.
• Experience in a role with quota responsibilities.
