This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the US sales team
• Supervise, mentor, and enhance the skills of three enterprise sales representatives
• Establish individual objectives, pipeline expectations, and strategic accounts for each representative
• Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture from the outset in Texas
• Take ownership of US commercial results
• Be responsible for US pipeline management, conversion rates, and revenue goals
• Personally secure significant enterprise deals in the initial stages alongside your team
• Provide weekly updates on US commercial performance to our Chief Strategy Officer and global leadership
• Formulate the US go-to-market strategy
• Determine segment priorities: identify which customers to pursue first and the rationale behind it
• Establish principles for deal structure, pilot frameworks, and commercial terms tailored for the US market
• Collaborate with Marketing on US positioning, thought leadership initiatives, and demand generation efforts
• Develop the sales playbook
• Record successful strategies across segments, deal types, and buyer personas
• Create repeatable sales processes and transition them as they evolve
• Share insights and feedback with Product, Solutions, and global leadership
• Expand the team
• Recruit additional US sales personnel as the business scales
• Cultivate the culture of the US office: recruitment, onboarding, rituals, and performance benchmarks
• Proven experience in building and leading enterprise B2B sales teams from the early stages within complex, technical markets
• Background in selling to or managing teams that sell to the US automotive or related supply chain sectors
• Demonstrated success in personally closing large, pioneering enterprise deals while leading a team
• Strong commercial acumen: capable of devising strategy, prioritizing accounts, and making swift decisions with limited information
• Established credibility with C-suite and VP-level executives of major US enterprise clients
• Builder mentality: motivated by creation rather than managing established functions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, globally distributed, high-accountability setting
