Director, Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance all initiatives pertaining to the sales of the organization’s products and services, striving to meet sales and profitability targets within the designated region.

• Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team.

• Build, nurture, and direct the team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of sales objectives.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the current market to create effective sales strategies that meet the sales team’s quotas.

• Manage timely and precise forecasting of the team’s revenue to adhere to quarterly reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with business partners from various departments to effectively navigate the sales cycles and achieve set quotas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant work experience.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a sales manager, sales leader, or in a related role, particularly in B2B sales across Enterprise sectors.

• Experience engaging in a consultative role with C-level clients on intricate cloud-based solutions.

• Extensive customer service experience in understanding and evaluating customer needs and satisfaction while meeting defined standards concerning products and services.

• Outstanding oral and written comprehension, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proven experience in demonstrating, promoting, and selling products/services.

• Knowledge and experience in marketing/sales strategies and tactics.

• Familiarity with administration, business, and management principles.

• Proficient in MS Office, along with Customer Relationship Management software and other analytical or project management tools.

• Significant experience working within a team-oriented environment.

• A proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
