This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the entire sales process for new business, from initial prospecting to closing, with an unwavering emphasis on revenue enhancement.

• Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that capitalize on our partnerships with Cloud Service Providers and technology vendors to generate a continuous flow of co-selling opportunities.

• Serve as a strategic consultant to clients, assisting them in understanding how our engineering and managed services can improve their customer experience outcomes.

• Work closely with internal departments, including marketing, alliances, and sales engineering, to ensure we present the best of Miratech to every potential client.

• Additionally, perform other tasks that may reasonably be required in alignment with the objectives of the role.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in IT services or managed services sales, particularly in the customer experience (CX) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) sectors.

• Proven success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transactions in IT services or managed services environments, including multi-year, seven-figure deals.

• Established history of acquiring new logos, showcasing success in securing first-time enterprise clients (not primarily focused on renewals).

• Ability to present AI-enabled customer experience outcomes (such as automation, agent assistance, and analytics) as business value rather than mere technology features.

• Extensive knowledge of the Cloud Service Provider ecosystem, with a notable history of selling or collaborating with platforms like Genesys, Google, or Amazon.

• A strong "partner-first" sales approach, capable of transforming vendor relationships into high-quality lead generation.

• A consistent record of exceeding sales targets and a clear determination to achieve results.

• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to quickly establish trust with C-level stakeholders.
