Director, Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve both annual and long-term revenue goals.

• Take ownership of sales performance, forecasting, pipeline management, and overall revenue growth.

• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic accounts to broaden SKS's customer base.

• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and potential clients.

• Lead negotiations for significant contracts and strategic initiatives.

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate the sales team to meet individual and organizational performance objectives.
