📋 Description

• Oversee daily and weekly operations, pipelines, forecasts, and finalized deals to guarantee consistent, predictable above-quota outcomes through effective pipeline management.

• Take ownership of a manufacturing-focused territory team and drive new customer acquisition and growth within strategic accounts.

• Develop, assess, and enhance a repeatable sales process to successfully meet established sales goals.

• Recruit, hire, and lead a growing team of seasoned Account Executives to meet both individual and organizational sales objectives.

• Equip your team with scalable systems and repeatable processes to enhance AEs’ sales capabilities, product and industry knowledge, and professional practices.

• Mentor and support sales representatives in closing intricate transactions by imparting best practices in prospecting, managing and closing opportunities, and the essential skills required to establish Ironclad as the market leader.

• Foster a team culture that is positive, motivating, and focused on performance.

• Establish specific and targeted goals within each demand team to broaden and accelerate revenue opportunities within their distinct customer segments.

• Monitor and report on key growth metrics to evaluate both individual and team performance.

• Discover innovative and creative strategies to enhance and boost performance.

• Strategically plan resource allocation, project growth forecasts, and oversee the pipeline.

• Implement best practices that support consistent and consultative sales and client success processes.

• Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset in the role, collaborating with the Sales Leadership Team to accomplish objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in Enterprise.

• Proven track record of closing enterprise business and consistently exceeding past individual contributor quotas, enabling you to train AEs on achieving success in their roles.

• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and manage talented individuals.

• Capability to develop scalable processes, along with the analytical skills to enhance them over time.

• A blend of strategic vision and execution; you understand the bigger picture but also delve into the details to ensure successful outcomes.

• Highly effective communicator with strong emotional intelligence and influencing abilities—able to build trust and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals both within and outside the organization.

• Experience with contemporary sales tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.

• Enthusiastic about a hands-on role, ready to tackle and manage various projects beyond your comfort zone while learning swiftly.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, demonstrating excellent follow-through on projects and tasks, regardless of size.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
