• A strong passion for developing and leading high-performing sales teams and achieving results in the government technology sector.
• Proven experience managing 6–10 Account Executives and coaching them through complex deals exceeding $25K.
• Demonstrated success in leading and constructing high-performing new logo sales teams.
• A strategic approach to account planning, quota establishment, and pipeline management across various local agency opportunities.
• A talent for balancing forecasting, budgeting, and corrective measures to achieve financial targets.
• Documented success in recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent while fostering an environment of accountability and growth.
• The capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with confidence and adaptability.
• A data-informed approach to sales operations, including trend analysis, process enhancement, and change implementation.
