• Create and execute detailed dental and ancillary sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing annual sales goals
• Lead, mentor, train, and inspire a team of sales professionals, offering coaching, performance management, and opportunities for professional growth
• Identify and foster new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development for both new and existing clients
• Manage and strengthen key client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with underwriting, product development, and marketing teams to provide competitive product offerings and effective sales support
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience required
• At least 3 years of sales leadership experience preferred
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth, profitability, and retention objectives
• Demonstrated capability to meet sales and growth targets, backed by measurable results and a solid performance history
• Extensive experience utilizing enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite to facilitate strategic decision-making and organizational leadership
