Director RWD Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the hands-on creation of high-quality, client-ready materials related to RWD Strategy.

• Recognize opportunities where RWD can provide added value.

• Oversee the implementation of a global RWD acquisition strategy within the designated region.

• Assess partner capabilities and available services.

• Cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the industry (CRO/Pharma/Data Vendor).

• Comprehensive understanding of the clinical research process and associated business.

• Extensive cross-functional experience in healthcare, scientific, and real-world data environments.

• Familiarity with major patient data models (e.g., CDISC, OMOP, LOINC, FHIR, MEDRA, SNOMED, etc.).

• Proven ability to utilize scientific or real-world data solutions to resolve clinical or commercial inquiries.

• Master's degree in biomedical informatics, public health, data science, life sciences, or a related discipline.

• Strong customer focus, both internal and external.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
