This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the deal process from the moment an opportunity is active until a signed agreement is in place, ensuring each phase has designated owners, entry and exit criteria, and anticipated timelines.
• Serve as the operational coordinator for ongoing deals, aligning Sales, Solutions, Legal, and Finance to ensure adherence to our processes, resolve obstacles, and maintain the momentum of deals.
• Recognize recurring pain points within the deal cycle and develop sustainable solutions, whether through process modifications, templates, playbooks, or enhancements to our systems.
• Set clear activity standards across Sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) while monitoring compliance, highlighting any gaps before they escalate into issues.
• Manage HubSpot as Teak's primary system of record, including data integrity, field definitions, pipeline stage logic, and user governance across Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and CSM leaders to enforce CRM hygiene standards, ensuring that deal data is consistently recorded and remains usable for future analysis.
• Create and maintain a proactive planning model that provides a data foundation to convert pipeline, historical conversion rates, and capacity into trustworthy projections, scenario plans, and what-if analyses, enabling leadership to anticipate and prepare for future challenges rather than just react to past events.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• In-depth expertise in HubSpot, including custom objects, workflows, deal pipelines, reporting, and integrations.
• Proven experience managing a deal process from start to finish, including facilitating cross-functional collaboration to achieve closure.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop prioritization models and dashboards that inform decision-making, rather than merely presenting information attractively.
• Demonstrated capacity to pinpoint process friction and implement sustainable solutions, rather than temporary fixes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable, even without direct authority.
• Fully Remote Working Environment
• Competitive Salary and Equity Opportunities
