📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of Revenue Integrity activities.

• Lead initiatives that promote Revenue Integrity while upholding organizational values through effective team collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Create presentations and documentation to improve comprehension of revenue cycle operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue integrity operations, including edits, Charge Master, and Charge Capture.

• Experience in closely collaborating with essential Revenue Cycle departments such as Coding, Billing, Patient Access, HIM, and Patient Financial Services.

• Subject matter expert for clients and Ensemble leadership within acute care markets.

• Exceptional project management abilities.

• Capability to set both short-term and long-term objectives and provide training and education for team members.

• Skilled in generating and implementing reports, scorecards, and analytics.
