This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Build, sustain, and strategically enhance relationships with designated practices to maximize revenue cycle results.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned practices.
• Supervise and advocate for the delivery of revenue cycle services, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance metrics of practices, delivering actionable insights.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of industry trends, regulatory updates, and new technologies.
• Lead regular assessments of practice satisfaction and conduct feedback sessions.
• Partner with internal training teams to customize training content and methods of delivery.
• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Generally requires over 10 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or revenue cycle operations within Multispecialty or Oncology practices.
• Proven expertise in revenue cycle management, practice operations, and strategic planning.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced analytical skills with a strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• History of influencing organizational strategy and facilitating process improvements without direct supervisory authority.
