Director, Research – Business Administration – Radiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Directs and manages all financial and operational aspects related to research within the department.

• Supervises grant and operational funds across various divisions.

• Prepares and evaluates the research budget, financial plans, and forecasts for the department.

• Establishes tracking systems for grant submission information.

• Supplies data for the research elements of the division's strategic planning documents.

• Reviews and authorizes social expenditures, equipment purchases, and other financial transactions.

• Approves payroll documentation.

• Creates and upholds standard procedures for effective workflow.

• Addresses employee-related issues and ensures adequate staffing levels are met.

• Compiles annual reports for research administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Management, Grant Development, or Strategic Planning.

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

• Proficiencies in Academic Administration and Research Administration.
