• Act as the strategic and operational head for all research activities at WorldatWork.
• Propel the vision, methodology, and implementation of market and topical research initiatives.
• Supervise a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to convert data into actionable insights.
• Efficiently manage research budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, events, and other units.
• Ensure effective presentation of research findings by conceptualizing and designing charts, infographics, and reports.
• Author or oversee the development of narrative analyses to clarify research outcomes.
• Identify and assess funding opportunities while leading grant proposal efforts.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive market research strategies.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• MBA or Master's degree in a research-related discipline is highly preferred; a bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in research leadership positions, ideally within HR, total rewards, workforce, or professional association settings.
• Proven track record in managing research projects from start to finish, including scoping, design, execution, quality assurance, and presentation.
• Demonstrated success in leading research teams and producing significant results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate large-scale or competing projects.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to identify critical variables, recognize patterns, and devise prompt, data-driven solutions.
• Mastery of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, along with proficiency in relevant data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
