📋 Description

• The Director of Renewals is responsible for leading the global renewals team, focusing on enhancing customer retention, fostering recurring revenue growth, and ensuring a smooth renewal experience for customers across all segments.

• This position manages the complete renewal lifecycle, oversees a globally distributed team, and collaborates across functions to guarantee operational excellence, accurate forecasting, and the realization of customer value.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global renewals strategy that aligns with company goals for retention, revenue, and customer experience for customers with an annual contract value below $100,000.

• Create scalable renewal processes that enhance efficiency, predictability, and speed of renewals while minimizing churn risk.

• Oversee quarterly planning, execute the renewal calendar, and initiate long-term strategic projects.

• Promote price increases, identify multi-year strategies, and mitigate churn.

• Ensure compliance with pricing, contract, and approval policies.

• Advocate for a customer-centric renewal experience.

• Provide precise renewal forecasts and executive-level reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in SaaS, focusing on Renewals, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Account Management.

• 2–4 years of leadership experience, preferably in managing fully offshore or globally distributed teams.

• Demonstrated success in overseeing high-volume, transactional renewal operations within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.

• Strong skills in operational excellence and process design.

• Ability to manage and forecast large renewal portfolios with a high degree of accuracy.

• Experience with auto-renewal initiatives and contract-driven renewal models.

• Excellent skills in cross-functional communication.

• Strong analytical abilities and a systems-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, metrics-driven setting.

• Experience in driving technology-enabled enhancements such as automation, AI-driven workflows, CRM management, and queue management tools.
