This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee the creation, development, and execution of comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert, translating innovative technology—especially in 1st party data marketing and CRM—into fresh marketing concepts for the client.
• Demonstrate a strong comprehension of the variances in marketing to customers across different sectors and environments.
• Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with key clients and executives.
• Ensure significant client value is delivered through a combination of best-practice solutions, skills, capabilities, and innovative thinking.
• Collaborate with team leaders (including account management, operations, creative, analytics, etc.) and partner agencies to transform ideas into actionable plans.
• Identify critical data points and metrics to illustrate the impact of our strategies and approaches on the client's business.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Proven experience in team leadership (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Braze/SFMC (preferred)
• Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred)
• More than 8 years of experience in data-driven marketing—particularly in CRM, email marketing, and both online and offline media.
• Profound understanding of the customer lifecycle and how messaging strategies enhance the experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working in an agency or consulting environment.
• Proven experience in developing solutions to assist in the sale of new services to clients.
• Practical skills in utilizing data and research for decision-making—proficiency in Excel and research tools required.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and client-facing communication abilities.
• Experience in translating data analysis into practical marketing recommendations and presentations—proficiency in PowerPoint is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and the capability to integrate internal and external feedback iteratively.
• Exceptional multi-tasking, networking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, and persuasive abilities.
• Comfortable and experienced in navigating a matrixed organization with roles that offer a wide degree of flexibility.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%-30%, depending on client comfort levels.
