This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Director of Regional Sales is accountable for spearheading, developing, and implementing the regional commercial strategy by leading a high-performing team of 8–10 specialty sales representatives in the urology sector.
• This position enhances regional performance by transforming national brand strategies into practical territory actions, mentoring advanced selling techniques, and ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• As a field-based commercial leader, this role collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Training, Medical Affairs, and Operations to maximize regional growth.
• Directly oversee, mentor, and develop a team of 8–10 specialty sales representatives.
• Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning within the designated region.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales is necessary.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in managing people while leading an external sales force.
• A documented history of sales achievements and effective leadership is essential.
• Experience with buy and bill processes is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with GPOs, distributors, IODs, and outpatient pharmacy channels is preferred.
• Experience in training, sales effectiveness, or marketing is an advantage.
• Experience in managing regional budgets and expenses is required.
• Candidates must reside within the assigned region.
