This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, refine, and implement the regional go-to-market strategy.
• Accelerate the growth of new business within Enterprise accounts.
• Provide strategic leadership, operational excellence, and support for sales management.
• Develop and execute an advanced regional sales strategy.
• Design, implement, and institutionalize scalable sales playbooks.
• Establish a robust pipeline management, forecasting cadence, and performance expectation framework.
• Ensure team members possess a thorough understanding of prospects.
• Build, mentor, and sustain a world-class sales team.
• Enhance brand visibility within the territory.
• Drive intricate, multi-stakeholder deal structures.
• Cultivate relationships with C-level executives across key prospect accounts.
• Utilize AI and augmentation to enhance efficiency on a large scale.
• Over 8 years of experience leading high-performing software sales teams.
• Extensive background in developing, optimizing, and executing formal enterprise sales playbooks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Proven track record of personally driving and leading teams to secure new enterprise logos and achieve/exceed multi-million dollar regional quotas.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, or data management platforms.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success.
• More than 8 years of people management experience, with a successful history of attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier senior sales talent.
• Strong analytical skills combined with strategic business insight.
