Director, Regional Clinical Study Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides guidance, management, and mentorship to associate directors and clinical study managers at various levels for the designated portfolio.

• Effectively collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders within the region as well as with global partners to ensure business needs are fulfilled.

• Champions resource allocation and capability enhancement related to regional study management.

• Ensures the alignment of regional resources and deliverables with the overarching portfolio objectives.

• Drives the comprehensive Clinical Operations strategy for the region.

• Plays a key role in the resource allocation process for regional study management.

• Conducts performance evaluations for direct reports, which includes providing constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in clinical operations within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.

• Ideally, a master’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field, along with 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.

• Demonstrated leadership ability and extensive experience as either a direct line manager or as a cross-functional team leader.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to influence and lead effectively.
