This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee key accounts to enhance NCCT's Real-World Evidence & Data Solutions portfolio.
• Discover new partnership opportunities centered around RWE, observational research, healthcare analytics, patient insights, data licensing, and evidence generation services.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, digital health, consulting, and healthcare organizations.
• Manage the reporting and progress of a comprehensive business development pipeline.
• Propel the achievement of annual revenue, growth, and partnership goals for the RWE&D business segment.
• Collaborate across NCCT leadership, research teams, informatics, analytics, legal, finance, compliance, privacy, and information security teams.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities in RWE, RWD, healthcare analytics, HEOR, AI, and evidence generation.
• Spearhead the development of customized proposals, statements of work, presentations, and commercial agreements.
• Nurture long-lasting relationships with sponsors, healthcare innovators, and strategic partners.
• Formulate, monitor, and report KPIs associated with pipeline growth, bookings, revenue generation, partner satisfaction, and strategic account growth.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership positions.
• More than 10 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, healthcare analytics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of healthcare data assets, research methodologies, healthcare analytics, and evidence generation processes.
• Strong understanding of healthcare research regulations, privacy requirements, and industry best practices.
• A strategic leader with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong skills in collaboration, influence, and communication.
• Highly developed organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
