This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Lead and manage a team dedicated to the maintenance, optimization, and innovation of enterprise applications such as COSMIC CORE, process analysis tools, Sharpcloud, ETQ, and M-Files.
• Create and implement a detailed roadmap for application enhancements and new deployments aimed at advancing quality management and CORE objectives throughout the organization.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team, focusing on identifying and mentoring future leaders, promoting collaboration, and driving accountability.
• Work in partnership with business stakeholders to assess needs, prioritize initiatives, and secure funding to meet strategic objectives.
• Oversee a budget of $7M, ensuring financial integrity, ROI-focused decision-making, and alignment with corporate goals.
• Promote adherence to CORE methodologies and principles, driving continuous improvement across processes and applications.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and security standards related to enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of applications and initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in enterprise applications, quality management, and process improvement to uncover opportunities for innovation.
• Serve as a thought leader in the applications domain.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 12 years of experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise applications, IT leadership, or related areas, with an emphasis on quality and process improvement.
• Proven track record in establishing new organizations, selecting leadership, and building high-performing teams while managing budgets of $7M or more.
• Strong knowledge of CORE methodologies and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with business stakeholders, secure funding, and achieve results that align with business priorities.
• Excellent project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills, coupled with outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a history of driving cross-functional collaboration and fostering innovation.
