Director – Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Director of Quality Assurance (m/f/d), you will lead the global quality organization.

• You will establish the product-focused quality strategy.

• You will ensure the integration and management of the product lifecycle.

• You will serve as a strategic catalyst for enhancing patient benefits and ensuring supply continuity.

• You will formulate the global strategy for the existing product portfolio and ensure its alignment with business objectives.

• You will oversee end-to-end quality performance and facilitate the integration of new products.

• You will guarantee adherence to GMP/GDP guidelines as well as global regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree (Master/PhD) in a relevant scientific or pharmaceutical field.

• Over 10 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, including demonstrated leadership of large senior QA organizations in an international context.

• Extensive knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations and a robust understanding of contemporary quality management systems.

• Strong analytical capabilities to convert complex portfolio data into strategic decisions.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across all hierarchical levels, as well as in interactions with external partners and regulatory authorities.
